1. General By purchasing from LuarArts, you agree to these terms. We sell digital streaming overlay assets (WebM, MP4, and related files) for personal content creation use only.

2. License Upon purchase, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal-use license to use the purchased assets in your own streams and videos. You may NOT:

• Use the assets for any commercial purpose
• Resell, redistribute, or share the files with others
• Claim the assets as your own original work
• Use them in asset packs or products sold to third parties

3. Digital Delivery All products are delivered digitally and instantly after payment. No physical goods are shipped.

4. No Refunds All sales are final. See our Refund Policy for details.

5. Intellectual Property All assets remain the intellectual property of LuarArts. Purchase grants a license, not ownership of the underlying files or designs.

6. Prohibited Use Assets may not be used for illegal, hateful, or defamatory content.

7. Limitation of Liability LuarArts is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.

8. Changes to Terms We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our store constitutes acceptance.
